  • Do you do gift wrapping?

    We pride ourselves in shipping every package as if it were a gift. If you have any special requests, send us an email at canada@thedetoxmarket.com and we'll do our best to make it happen.

  • Do you include samples with orders?

    We try to include samples with every order - supply permitting. The more you spend, the more you get!

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept any major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal.

Discounts

  • Are there any exclusions to discounts?

    Please note all offers and promotions do NOT apply to sale section, product bundles such as our latest Detox your Beauty Box, gift cards, and all May Lindstrom, Kypris Beauty and Vintner's Daughter products.

  • Can I combine discount codes and promotions?

    Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions and are subject to change without notice. All sale items are final sale.

Shipping Policy

  • Where is my order?

    Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that include a tracking number so you can locate your order anytime during the shipping process. If the status of your order hasn’t been updated in more than 3 business days, please give a call at +1 (416) 548-9879 or email us at canada@thedetoxmarket.com and we will help you out! Please note that samples are made to order and take 7 business days to be shipped out.      

  • Do you ship outside of Canada? 

    USA (except Alaska and Hawaii): If the product you are looking for is not carried at The Detox Market Canada, we can ship your order from our American site for a flat rate fee of $19.95. All US order prices are in USD and are subject to custom fees at the Canadian border.

    International: Please note that the Detox Market Canada does not ship internationally. 

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer free shipping for all Canadian orders above $100 (after discount and before taxes). 

  • What is the shipping rate for deliveries within the USA?

    If the product you are looking for is not carried at The Detox Market Canada, we can ship your order from our American site for a flat rate fee of $19.95* Please note that we have *$39.99 flat rate for Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. All US order prices are in USD and are subject to custom fees at the Canadian border. 

  • What is the shipping rate for Canada?

    We offer free Shipping for all Canadian orders above $100. All other orders shipped within Canada have a flat rate fee of $8.99. 

  • How fast are packages shipped?

    Packages are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt using Canada Post. Your package will arrive within 2-9 business days after it leaves our warehouse. *There are no international orders shipped outside of Canada at this time. US order prices are in USD and are subject to custom fees at the Canadian border. 

  • Can you ship to PO Box addresses?

    Please note we are NOT able to ship to PO Box addresses.

Damaged Shipments

  • My shipment is damaged, what can I do?

    When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at (416)-548-9879, Monday through Friday, 11AM to 7PM Eastern Time Zone. You may also email us at jackie@thedetoxmarket.com. Please provide your order number when you call, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.

  • There is an issue with my order, how can I contact your customer service?

    For customer service concerns, please email us at canada@thedetoxmarket.com or call (416)-548-9879. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem quickly and efficiently. If this is regarding a return, please refer to our Return Policy and our Return Page.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Can I return my purchase?

    We accept returns within 30 days* from the shipping date or in-store purchase. In-store returns require a receipt. Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund - including taxes. Used or opened products can be returned for store credit. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for a return to be processed and the refund/store credit to be issued upon receipt by our returns department. 

    For purchases made in conjunction with Bundles: All used and opened products and bundle products are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or refunded. Unopened and unused products may be exchanged ONLY.

  • I have opened the product or used it once, can I return it?

    Used or opened items* can be returned for a store credit in the full amount paid for the item - including taxes.

    *For sanitary reasons the following products are FINAL SALE: cleansing sponges, makeup brushes, mask brushes, PAI muslin cloths, Pura Jade Face Rollers, BKR water bottles.

  • If I have to return an online purchase, do I have to pay for shipping costs?

    Yes. The Detox Market will ONLY pay for a return's shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if we sent you the wrong product. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend getting a tracking code for your return so you can follow its arrival back to us. Once a return is submitted, our team will update its status for each different stage. This information will be available to you whenever you check on your return.

  • Are there any exclusions to products I can return?

    We DO NOT accept returns for: sale items, food items (teas, chocolate, etc.) supplements, bitters, books, toys, and jewelry.
    We ACCEPT returns for: skincare, makeup, body & bath, hair care, nail products, essential oils.
    For sanitary reasons the following products are FINAL SALE: cleansing sponges, makeup brushes, mask brushes, PAI muslin cloths, Pura Jade Face Rollers, BKR water bottles.
    Home & Kitchen Items: We only accept returns for unused, unopened home items within 30 days of purchase. Once the item arrives here, we'll inspect it and issue you a full refund + taxes.

    For purchases made in conjunction with Bundles: All used and opened products and bundle products are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or refunded. Unopened and unused products may be exchanged ONLY.
