STEP 1
Do a clean sweep. We love introducing our clients to the best, so before submitting your brand for consideration, please make sure your products are free from anything on our Banned Ingredients List.
STEP 2
Get ready for your close-up. If your products meet our standards, fill our form HERE. We get a lot of submissions, so tell us what makes your products stand out above the rest.
STEP 3
Testing time! If your brand is a good fit, we will reach out and request products for testing. Our diverse team tests and reviews each product in action for 8-12 weeks, seeing how it performs across different skin types, hair textures, and individual preferences. It’s important that we consider all brands fairly and give each an ample opportunity to shine, so we appreciate your patience. Out of respect for the environment, we kindly ask that you refrain from mailing unsolicited samples. Please also avoid stopping by our stores—our ambassadors are often busy with clients and are not permitted to accept drop-offs.
