Osmia's founder experienced an incredibly frustrating few months with miserable, peeling lips before she figured out she was allergic to a component of castor oil called ricinoleic acid. She created this formula to soothe her lips, and she has since given it to friends in need when their lips were in a compromised and unhappy state.
Lip Doctor is made with no essential oils, as they can be harsh on sensitive lips. It contains just six ingredients, including organic olive oil infused with Colorado-grown lavender. Organic cocoa butter and beeswax give it staying power, while organic avocado and argan oils moisturize deeply.
