Gratitude, tell the pups good morning and make their food while I make my coffee. Then I meditate, talk to my sister, walk the pups, answer emails, and do priority work.

Kombucha, tea, or hot cacao depending on what I want or need. Feed and walk the pups, start chopping vegetables for dinner, eat, then read or watch a show.
