Marketing Manager Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own our integrated marketing calendar and bring our campaigns to life across digital and retail channels.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who loves building processes, keeping projects on track, and partnering with creative, ecommerce, merchandising, retail, and brand teams. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

You will report to the Head of Client Experience and work closely with teams across Ecommerce, Merchandising, Retail, Creative, and Brand Partnerships.

 


 

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the integrated marketing calendar across all channels.

  • Lead campaign planning from briefing through execution and post-launch analysis.

  • Develop clear creative briefs for design and copywriting.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop seasonal marketing strategies and promotional calendars.

  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of our designer and copywriter.

  • Coordinate agency partners, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approvals stay on track.

  • Build and improve marketing processes, templates, and project management systems.

  • Work cross-functionally with ecommerce, merchandising, retail, and brand teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

  • Support new product launches, promotions, events, and brand activations.

  • Measure campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

 


 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 6 to 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or consumer lifestyle.

  • Demonstrated ownership across both strategy and execution.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to keep projects moving without micromanaging.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one project management platform (Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, or similar).

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to develop and critique creative briefs.

  • Experience managing creative teams and external agency partners.

  • Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to build and improve marketing processes from scratch.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with ecommerce, merchandising, retail, or brand teams.
