Originally an emergency medicine physician, Sarah fell in love with formulating soaps, lotions, and scents—and never looked back. Now with her handmade range, she practices holistic healing by guiding people to nourish their skin and wellbeing.

All of Charlie’s Angels.
Dogs or cats?
Border collies—I have had them over the last 20 years, and can’t imagine life without them.
Signature dish?
Crab cakes without the crab. (Zucchini!)
Comfort food?
Artichokes—steamed, then briefly broiled, then dipped in my favorite homemade vinaigrette.
Secret skill?
I can do almost any accent, and I have abnormally strong calf muscles. Both very useful in daily life as a CEO.
Nature fix?
The alpine forests where I live are heaven on earth.
Power color?
Grey. It’s one of our brand colors, and the color of my natural “highlights”, which have been growing in since I stopped coloring my hair.
Sanity saver?
Hiking/biking/skiing/running/yoga.
AM ritual?
Lemon water, Brooklyn tea by Art of Tea, or a cup of Chemex coffee.

Reading James Herriot books with my girls (in a Scottish brogue, of course).
