Tata Harper Nourishing Oil Cleanser: Review of Why We Love It
This Oil Cleanser is lighter in consistency so it doesn't leave a greasy residue, which was one of the biggest concerns of mine. It dissolves makeup, including eye makeup and has the most beautiful smell. It leaves my skin nourished while taking off all my daily makeup.
It has been a game changer in my skincare routine - my skin feels great after using this oil cleanser. No tightness or dryness, instead very hydrated and clean.
As I mentioned earlier having combination skin and being acne prone, it is difficult to find cleansers that aren't too drying yet not overly hydrating. This is a great cleanser to add to your routine to primarily remove makeup, but also add just enough hydration.
It is recommended for dry to combination skin, but as I use it as my first cleanser in my double cleanse process I find I can also switch up my second cleanser if my skin is leaning more dry or oily. I think it is excellent at breaking down makeup and most skin types could use it as a makeup remover.
I use this oil cleanser on dry skin, massaging it into my skin for about a minute - removing eye makeup and general face makeup. I will take a damp Pai muslin cloth or wet Odacite facial sponge and remove all of the cleanser. I follow up with another cleanser to ensure all dirt and makeup is gone - currently using the Rosehip Cleanser by Indie Lee. Double cleansing is amazing with the Nourishing Oil Cleanser.
Learning is beautiful.
