Are your products cruelty-free?
All of the products we carry are cruelty-free—tested on humans, not animals.
Are your products vegan?
While many brands and products we carry are vegan, some products may include ingredients like beeswax or honey that are not considered vegan.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept any major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal for all purchases except Detox Box subscriptions.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes! We ship to the following countries: Andorra, Australia (excluding RMS Beauty), Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. All international orders have a flat rate fee of $49 USD and are shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date or in-store purchase. In-store returns require a receipt. Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund, including taxes. Used or opened products can be returned for store credit. Please note that it can take up to 30 days upon receipt for a return to be processed and the refund/store credit to be issued. (For purchases made in conjunction with Bundles and Gifts with Purchase (GWP): All used and opened products and bundle/GWP products are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or refunded. Unopened and unused products qualify for store credit ONLY.)
