Social Media Coordinator
Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Social Media Coordinator to support our marketing team across social media and influencer. This role is highly focused on content coordination, influencer execution, and identifying high-performing social content to amplify across our website.
You’ll work closely with our Social Media & Influencer Manager and collaborate with the eCommerce and creative teams to ensure content is effectively utilized across channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Social & Influencer
Support content creation days: capturing behind-the-scenes moments, unboxings, tutorials, etc.
Assist with influencer campaign coordination including briefing, product send-outs, and tracking deliverables.
Maintain influencer calendars and ensure all assets are received on time.
Organize and tag incoming content for easy access and cross-channel usage.
Assist on PR and influencer events.
Content Monitoring & Amplification
Monitor social media platforms daily to identify high-performing brand and influencer content.
Track top-performing posts, trends, and creators relevant to our assortment.
Surface strong content opportunities to be repurposed across paid media and onsite.
Coordinate usage rights and ensure content is approved for reuse.
Campaign & Project Coordination
Support execution of social and influencer campaigns across channels.
Help manage timelines, briefs, and deliverables across teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather assets and ensure smooth execution.
Assist in tracking content performance and reporting insights.
What You Bring
1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (internships count).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for clean beauty, wellness, and social media trends.
Good understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok.
Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines.
Bonus
Experience with Shopify or PDP merchandising.
Familiarity with influencer platforms or content tracking tools.
Basic understanding of paid media or content repurposing.
