To thoroughly cleanse and gently exfoliate, smooth 1-2 pumps of cleanser over your face and neck. With wet fingertips, work over your skin in circular movements. Then, hold a damp warm-to-hot washer or muslin cloth against your skin for a slow count of 5 as you take a long, slow, deep breath. Wipe away excess cleanser then use the warm compress a further 2-4 times.
